The role

  • Full Time, Fixed Term (up to October 2027)
  • Level 6 - $92,025 to $99,538 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst

In this fixed-term role as Residence Life Coordinator, you will hit the ground running to maintain a safe, supportive, and engaged residential community. You will deliver responsive student support, guide behaviour, and manage critical, after‑hours situations. Additionally, you will drive day‑to‑day operations through pastoral care, team leadership, logistics coordination, and policy compliance.

About you

  • Proven experience in high-level administrative and clerical coordination
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in strategic planning, development, and evaluation of community/youth programs and policies
  • Knowledge of critical incident response protocols and techniques with demonstrated understanding of student needs including pastoral care and welfare requirements.

The appointment is conditional upon the successful applicant producing, satisfying and maintaining a Senior First Aid and Mental First Health First Aid certificate, and a “Working with Children Check”, in accordance with the Commission for Children and Young People Act (NSW).
