The role

  • Full Time, Fixed Term (12 months)
  • Level 7 - $101,421 to $110,819 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga
As an Educational Designer, you will partner with academic staff to design and enhance courses and subjects that meet quality, accreditation, and higher education standards while delivering an outstanding student experience. You will support the development of assessments, online learning activities, and learning resources aligned to learning outcomes. Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, you will contribute to professional development initiatives and coordinate project activities in line with established timelines and processes. 
 
About you 
  • A degree with substantial relevant professional practice or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Experience in educational design
  • Strong understanding of contemporary learning theories and pedagogical approaches
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional student experience
