The role

  • Full time, Fixed term (up to January 2027)
  • Level 7 - $101,421 to $110,819 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga

As the Health, Wellbeing and Injury Management Adviser, you will foster a safe, secure and inclusive environment by developing and delivering injury prevention, early intervention, return-to-work programs, and holistic health and wellbeing initiatives. 

About you 

  • Proven experience in project management and program/initiative development and delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation and return-to work services.
  • Ability to have wellbeing and early intervention conversations to influence positive change.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis, trend identification, and program evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
