The role

  • Full Time, Continuing
  • Level 10 - $142,137 to $150,720 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Campus based with option for hybrid work model: Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Wagga, Orange or Port Macquarie. Remote work for alternate locations within Greater Brisbane, NSW, ACT and Melbourne also considered.

As Associate Director, Brand and Performance Marketing, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and overseeing bold, forward-thinking strategies across brand, communications, and performance marketing. You’ll inspire and lead a dynamic, high-impact team committed to amplifying Charles Sturt’s identity, strengthening its voice, and expanding its presence across key channels.

  • Demonstrated experience in the management of brand, campaign execution, and customer segmentation
  • Exceptional communicator with ability to influence outcomes, build consensus, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to inspire, mentor, and elevate others in a fast paced, complex environment

About us  

The Division of Customer Experience is responsible for finding, engaging and admitting future students to Charles Sturt University through brand awareness and marketing campaigns, student recruitment activities and events, and admission and conversion processes. Our teams work closely with the Office of Planning and Analytics, Division of Student Success, Office of Engagement and Enterprise, and Division of Student Experience to create a seamless, end-to-end customer journey.
