Manager, Talent Acquisition

The role

• Full Time - 35 hours per week - Fixed Term (12 months)
• Level 9 - $132,740 to  $140,258 pa  (plus 17% superannuation)
• Bathurst or Wagga Wagga campus

This role will lead the Talent Acquisition team. Comprised of Talent Acquisition Consultants and Officers the team support continuing, fixed term and senior recruitment from sourcing through to offer.

To be considered for this secondment you will:

• Ideally be an experienced HR practitioner. 
• Be a great leader, with an exceptional customer focus.
• Have demonstrated success developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Have a track record of continuous improvement success.
