The role

  • Full Time, Continuing
  • Level 8 - $110,629 to $125,223 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga (hybrid working arrangements available)

You will drive transformational initiatives that empower students and staff through the delivery of innovative projects and campaigns. Acting as a key collaborator and leader, you will ensure alignment with organisational goals through streamlined processes, impactful communication strategies, and dynamic stakeholder engagement. With a focus on quality, timeliness, and continuous improvement, you will play a vital role in shaping a thriving, forward-thinking university experience.

About you 

  • Demonstrated experience in designing, initiating, managing, and evaluating complex projects to successful completion
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, influencing and relationship building skills
  • Strong focus on enhancing processes, delivering exceptional results, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Desire to enhance the student experience

The appointment is also conditional upon the successful applicant producing, satisfying and maintaining a “Working with Children Check”, in accordance with the Commission for Children and Young People Act (NSW).
