The role

  • Full Time – 35 hours per week, Fixed Term through until August 2027
  • Level 10 $133,718 - $141,793 plus 17% super
  • On campus with Hybrid work from home options

Join Charles Sturt University in this newly created role. The position of Associate Director, Micros & Partnerships sits within the Division of Learning and Teaching and represents a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced higher education professional to shape the creation of innovative, high-quality micro learning offerings at our university.

Reporting to the Director of our Digital Learning and Teaching Precinct, you will lead innovation in the design and development of micro credentials and short courses to align with industry needs and future learning trends. Your work will directly support the university's strategic goals of becoming a leader in lifelong learning and opening new avenues for educational delivery and revenue generation.   

To be successful in this role you will drive and embrace change, with demonstrated leadership experience leveraging agile and design thinking methodologies to optimise and inform product development. You will have a proven ability to unite stakeholders and drive impactful results. You excel at fostering collaboration, while demonstrating intellectual curiosity, innovation, and a strong commercial mindset.
