The role

  • Full Time, Continuing
  • Level B - $113,841 to $134,965 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Canberra

You will be responsible for teaching and undertaking subject development in undergraduate and postgraduate emergency management programs as well as undertaking research and/or professional activities related to emergency management. The role also involves leading research initiatives, developing innovative curriculum, and fostering strong relationships with industry and government partners locally and internationally.

About you 

  • A doctoral qualification appropriate to Emergency Management, or equivalent accreditation and standing.
  • Sound knowledge of emergency management gained through industry experience and/or scholarly activities, or similar.
  • Evidence of the delivery of high-quality student-centred learning and teaching.
  • Values student success and academic excellence.
