  • Level 9 - $128,874 to $136,173 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Officer, to provide high-level support to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) and Director, Strategic Projects (Research). This critical role involves managing and prioritising tasks, offering strategic and policy advice, and overseeing the administration and financial operations of the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research).

This role offers the opportunity to lead and monitor key projects, provide high-level support to senior executives, and influence decision-making processes. You’ll engage in strategic planning, policy development, financial management, and stakeholder engagement, enhancing your professional skills and career growth. The role also allows you to work closely with senior executives, government bodies, industry partners, and other stakeholders, expanding your professional network. By contributing to the University’s strategic goals and supporting the Research Portfolio, you’ll play a crucial role in advancing the institution’s research initiatives and overall mission.

The position is based at our Canberra campus with the successful candidate expected to commence in January 2025. Relocation assistance is available to support those looking to relocate.
