The Role

  • Full time, Fixed Term (Until December 2024)
  • Level 6 - $79,051 to $85,546 (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Wagga Wagga

As the Resource Developer, you will support the University in developing our student's academic literacy, learning and online study skills. This position will support the Academic Skills Coordinator, Online Study to develop resources in varied digital formats that enhance student learning. The Resource Developer will consult with Academic Skills Advisers and faculty staff to identify student skill development needs and design resources and programs to support the learning of Charles Sturt students individually and within the curriculum.

To be successful you will have:

  • A relevant degree or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience.
  • A sound understanding of the issues related to, and demonstrated skills in the development of, online learning skills, academic literacy, and English language competencies.
  • Strong technology skills to support a high-quality learning experience for students with the capacity to learn and utilise new online technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in collecting, analysing and presenting information to inform the development of resources, strategies, plans, policies and procedures.
