  • Level 7 - $87,174 to $95,298 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Wagga Wagga

The Campus Facilities Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of building and associated infrastructure maintenance, grounds, security, janitorial, cleaning, energy, waste management and recreational services. This position will assist the Operations Manager to develop and implement a campus Operations Plan to deliver those services in a client-focused framework.

To be successful you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a building construction, maintenance or facility management related field or an equivalent level of knowledge and skills gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience relevant to facilities management.
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of a multi discipline trades group.
  • Demonstrated evidence of creating a well-developed service culture with high levels of communication and interpersonal skills

The Corporate Services Group provides strategic advice to the Vice-Chancellor, University Council and the Vice-Chancellor Leadership Team across the Portfolio with an emphasis on finance and resource management across the University. The Corporate Services Group has the overarching responsibility and commitment to lead the physical and technological development of the University; to lead organisational change and development in the service and support areas of the University as part of the University Strategy 2017–2022.

The Division of Facilities Management is responsible for developing and maintaining campuses of the University including planning, design and construction of new buildings, refurbishments and maintenance of existing buildings and development and maintenance of grounds with the provision of security services.
