The Role

  • Fixed Term (up to March 2022), Full Time
  • Level 9 - $114,248 to $120,746 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst or Orange (other campuses may be negotiated for the right candidate)

You will play a leading operational role in developing, monitoring and reviewing divisional plans and strategies that are in line with the University’s overarching student strategy. You will work collaboratively with other key University stakeholders to inform and guide the development of market oriented product and student experience strategies. In addition, you will be responsible for commissioning, consolidating and implementing available research, data and information to provide high level strategic recommendations to key stakeholders across the University.

To be successful you will have:

  • Demonstrated strategic advice and planning skills to support senior management and experience with implementing marketing initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills to aid the implementation of research insights and recommendations through stakeholder workshops and presentations.
  • Extensive experience with research methodologies and technical knowledge of their business application and the use of applied statistical techniques.

The Division of Strategy, Analysis and Marketing is responsible for leading the University’s strategic planning and marketing, change management, information and intelligence, and project services to support the University in achieving its strategic objectives.

The Office of Planning and Analytics leads the strategic development of the University’s business intelligence and analytics requirements to enhance the University’s overall performance and support effective planning and decision making.  The team is responsible for the development of a range of data assets and information products to support insight and decision making and provide business intelligence, information analysis, compliance reporting and load planning services.
